Pure hypnosis (Great as a top up of if you feel like a "massage for the mind"; this experience can be tailored to your needs however the whole session is geared towards relaxing and calming a stressed out mind. This lasts 30 minutes)

Smoking cessation (This one off treatment lasts between 90 minutes and 2 hours and leaves you feeling boosted and ready to quit, with ease)

Free consultation (A 20 minute discussion to allow you to decide if I am the therapist for you and indeed if you think hypnotherapy is the therapy for you; advisable for those who have doubts or questions that need clearing up before embarking upon therapy)
