
Throughout 2009 I shall be running weekly relaxation classes which are great to "keep up the good work" for previous clients, or as a standalone for those keen to de-stress.
Each class consists of pure relaxation and is designed to be beneficial if you would like to deal with generalised anxiety or stress, sleep problems or are looking to get yourself into the right mindset to deal with unwanted habits.
Each session will be informal and friendly but above all deeply relaxing and a chance to switch off! |
